75 days of rewiring
My version of 75 Hard, designed around neuroplasticity. The brain rewires itself around what we repeat, so for 75 days I'm deliberately training the habits of long-term building (training, reading, sleep and focus) to strengthen the pathways behind consistency, deep work and recovery, so the gains compound well beyond day 75.
London Marathon 2027
Aiming for under four hours in London. Marathon training starts in November, building on the base from the 75 days of rewiring.
I got my place through the ballot, but I'd like to run it for IJM (International Justice Mission), supporting their work to end slavery around the world. I'll be reaching out to them before training starts in November.

Charity challenge
Sep 2026Tough Mudder London South
Mud, ice water and walls, taken on as a team. The money goes to emergency winter shelter, caseworkers at drop-in centres, and the support people need to move on from homelessness for good. Together, the team has raised more than £5,500, plus Gift Aid.
For Glass Door Homeless CharityI took on Tough Mudder with the St Michael's Wandsworth Common team for Glass Door, which coordinates the UK's largest network of open-access services for people affected by homelessness. Its winter shelters, hosted by partner churches including St Michael's, provide safe accommodation and meals for up to 105 guests a night.
